Not only production, but also quick and effective assistance

In order to guarantee its clients a complete and effective service, RGR has adopted a system to organise the documentation by means of which it is possible to trace the technical and functional data of each product; as a matter of fact, heat exchangers, industrial fans, electric fans and industrial structural work components are given a univocal identification code through which it is possible to trace the relative bill of materials and the relative production cycles, thus ensuring not only the maximum technical and functional compatibility of spare parts but also their quick installation.

Those spare parts characterised by simple installation and low functional criticality are directly sent to the client for their replacement; whereas those that are more important and difficult to install are dispatched to the plant for repair and a new test. Always aiming at guaranteeing a cost-effective, but at the same time quick service, RGR resorts to a series of external suppliers that are able to offer a similar service.

In addition to supplying and repairing components for heat exchangers, industrial fans, electric fans and industrial structural work, RGR also performs the integral refurbishing of a complete piece of equipment, checking its condition and carrying out the necessary operations in order to fully restore its operation.
